Also, how do you do those rings in Photoshop? Ive tried and tried and i cant bloody do it?

That is rather nice indeed! My only suggestion would be to make the stars in the blue gasfield slightly smaller, as if their light is passing through the gas

Not bad, but i have two major suggestions.

1. NEVER use lense flare. I give this speech to everybody who i see use it. It looks OK, but its so well known and commonly used as a photoshop filter it only makes you look like a noob. If you disagree, fine. Continue being a noob.

2. you should have made the light source be on the inner left of the planet. Having it on the outside of the picture skews the focus entirely and it doesnt even look like a picture- or you maybe should have simply put the planet and light source in the center. It makes no sense and hurts my eye to look at it. Light sources are usually the first focus- things they light are second and details third. It... just doesnt make visual sense.
